Day 4 - Favourite Villain

DON’T. BLINK.
The Weeping Angels are pretty much the best villains ever. They’re the scariest, plus they kill you nicely.

Hello!
I realized I’ve got a few new followers! Welcome to my blog of all things Jesus, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Disney, orchestra, and more. If you have any questions, ask away! :)
Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about that 30 day challenge. I’ve just been very busy and haven’t had time… the next day’s coming soon!

Day 3 - Your Least Favourite Companion
Wow. I am really bad at this… I’ll try to be more consistent, I promise!
I love all the companions, but my least favourite has to be…

Martha Jones. She’s awesome and smart and everything, but her character just didn’t suit me. I found her rather flat at times. But I have to give her credit for walking the earth. And she had the worst time of any of the companions. She would be amazing on any other show, but for this one, she’s the least interesting.

Beanie Baby Hunger Games
Whoever made this deserves a gold star.
This is the best thing I’ve ever seen…

Day 2 - Favourite Companion
I’m terrible at this. Sorry about that. :)
This one’s WAY easier than favourite Doctor.

ROSE. TYLER. She’s the most amazing person ever. She’s brave, even though she was a completely unprepared 19-year-old. And let’s face it, she and Ten are basically the best couple ever.

Day One - Favourite Doctor
I finally found a good Doctor Who challenge!
This is the hardest question I’ve ever been asked… How about THE Doctor? But I suppose that doesn’t count…I’ll have to say…
Ten. Just because he’s amazing. It was really hard to pick between 10 and 11. They’re so different it’s kind of hard to compare them.
“He’s like fire and ice and rage. He’s like the night and the storm in the heart of the sun. He’s ancient and forever. He burns at the center of time and can see the turn of the universe. And…he’s wonderful.”

Today.
We all know what happened today. Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the world, died. Many would say, “Who cares? I don’t believe in that stuff.” But even if you don’t believe in what I do, you have to respect what He did.
He was falsely accused of blasphemy. When the people were asked who should be crucified, an innocent Man or a criminal, they chose the Son of God, saying, “Crucify Him!” The soldiers stripped Him of His clothes and whipped Him until He was one lash away from death. They beat Him with bone, metal. Anything hard they could find. After this, He is no longer recognizable. His back has no skin left. The soldiers see how weak He is, they decide to mock Him. They throw a purple robe around His shoulders and hand Him a sceptre made of a stick. They also place a crown of long thorns on His head and beat it into His scalp. After they finish mocking Him, they beat Him with His sceptre and tear the robe, which had fused with the flesh on His back, from His body. They tie the heavy cross to His shoulders and force Him to walk to the place of crucifixion. He is too weak and pained to carry the heavy beam, and He stumbles. He tries to get up, but the cross is too heavy and holds His beaten body down. Someone else must carry it for Him. Once they arrive, He is thrown on the cross. They offer Him something to help with the pain so He will relax, but He refuses. He must do this on His own. Long, heavy nails are put through His wrists and the wood. A sign saying, “JESUS OF NAZARETH, KING OF THE JEWS” is nailed to the cross above His head to mock Him yet again. He cross is lifted. His feet are pointed downwards, and a nail is hammered through the arches of both. The pain is agonizing as He tries to put His weight on the nails. His arms grow tired and He cannot lift Himself up any longer. He hangs by His hands and feet. He can’t exhale unless He pulls Himself up. His heart is barely getting any blood to His body. Even in this state of pain, He tells the Father to forgive the soldiers. He even grants salvation to criminal being crucified next to Him. He gets dehydrated and gasps, “I thirst.” A sponge filled with sour wine was lifted so He could drink. At this point, He can feel death. He whispers, “It is finished.” His mission to defeat sin had been completed. He died with the words, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” His heart exploded.
Three days later, three women went to embalm His body. However, all they found was angel, who told them Jesus had walked out of His tomb. CHRIST HAD RISEN.
The whole point to what He did was salvation. The reason He died was to defeat sin and take our punishment. Every sin we commit is another dose of pain to Him. But He took it so we ungrateful humans could be saved. He took our deaths and gave us life in return. I could never possibly thank Him enough. Don’t waste another day being prideful and ignoring Him. Don’t let Him die in vain.
Message me if you have any questions. Have an amazing Easter!

Updates on My Life.
I haven’t written anything on here in a very long time… But here’s what’s going on!
I went to Disciple Now last weekend with my church. God showed me a lot of things I need to work on and gave me a lot of direction. I also strengthened my relationships with the other high school girls.
I’ve finally seen every episode of Doctor Who. Very proud of myself. My list of DW stuff grows frequently: 2 shirts, a TARDIS that makes noises and spins, many books, a poster of Van Gogh’s Exploding TARDIS, some weeping angels dressed as farmers, and a TARDIS Kindle Fire Skin. I also have a little army of legos (all 11 Doctors, 2 Amy Ponds, 6 Silence, a Cyberman, 2 Silurian guards, and a Dalek.) Plus, after I started watching, I got one sibling, my mom, and 2 friends hooked. Success.
My sister’s getting married! She and her fiancee Laker are the cutest couple on earth. They are a perfect example of how a couple should be. They have a loving, Godly relationship, and I look up to them so much. I’m so excited for their wedding!
I’m going to the beach tomorrow for Spring Break. I’m looking forward to some much needed relaxation after the extremely stressful year I’ve had.
I’m really excited for the year ahead (especially series 7 of Doctor Who…). If anyone needs prayer for anything, hit up my ask! :)
